Mimosas! The world renowned brunch beverage. What could be more perfect for a Mother's Day breakfast celebration? How about Sparkling Raspberry Lemon Mimosas? A bit of a twist on the classic brunch beverage.
Traditionally made with orange juice and champagne, it's about ⅔ of that sparkling deliciousness and ⅓ juice. Or just a splash of juice...Really it's an excuse to have champagne at breakfast. And why not??
Some people use grenadine, bitters, sugar cubes, etc. This time, I kept it simple and basic but with a slight twist: I like to use raspberry lemonade for a sweeter, lighter flavor and of course top with fresh, sugared raspberries. I just love the color. Perfect for Valentine's Day as well!
Now run off to the store, grab a bottle of your favorite champagne (Chandon all the way) and whip up a quick batch of Sparkling Raspberry Lemon Mimosas to celebrate! Mothers everywhere will be impressed 🙂

Shout out to all the mothers out there, thank you for all you do and all the love you share.
Hope you got a great drink like this to toast in your honor!
Chelsie
You must tell me where you got these glasses!
Aberdeen
Hi Chelsie,
Thank you for noticing! They were actually a gift but after some internet perusal, I found some online! They're Champagne Flutes by Cristal D'Arques Longchamp from the 1970's, but it seems they are still made and sold on Amazon :-).

I have some in storage I received in 1985 as a wedding gift. I think I may dig them out for this mimosa but then...back in storage I guess...

Do it! Totally worth it 🙂

I know for a fact that you can definitely find glasses just like the one's pictures here, at your local Macy's Department Store. I was just out at mine in my neighborhood just walking around the store, and I saw some just like these out on the floor displays on the shelf there. If you can't find what you want at Macy's, then Pier One Imports have some Livy champagne flutes with a little ball of crystals right at the stem area.

I made these for brunch. The sugared raspberries were the perfect garnish and it tasted amazing! I got compliments from everyone!

I would love to make this for a bridal shower. So I'll need to make a lot in punch bowl. Does any one know how much each ingredient I would need?
Aberdeen
Hi Denise, SO sorry I didn't get your comment sooner! I'm sure you've probably already had the bridal shower but just in case: You can get around

I am wondering this too, making for a party soon! Thanks!
cindy
I too want to make this in a big punch bowl for a party! Also, on that raspberry lemonade, is that from a frozen mix or home made or what? Thanks!

I am interested in how to make the raspberry mimosa for a large group and if it can be made in advance (don't want them to go "flat" before actually serving them)
Thanks,
Susan A
